Would you believe that for the past 3 days we have had 80 degree weather? It has been beautiful here and definitely doesn't feel like December. I just can't believe that we are still wearing short sleeve shirts and sweating when we go outside.
Andy does his reinlisting on Friday, so we are getting ready to be a Navy Family for life. It feels a little strange considering we had ourselves convinced that he was going to be getting out. We feel like this is the best decision for us at this time, even though we don't like the idea of Andy having to go back out to sea all the time. I am not looking forward to explaining why Daddy isn't home again, but on the plus side I have already been there so I can be a better support for Adrian.
Only about 10 days until we leave to go up North for the Holidays. I am so excited! We are hoping it snows while we are there so that we can have some pictures of us in it. Looking forward to seeing all of our family and friends, and having everyone see Adrian again. You all won't believe how big he is. Andy and I giggle when we think of Adrian's first day in Nursery at church. We are also dreading it as we are convinced he will be the bully of the group. LOL!
I had my first pro bono shoot on Saturday and things went really well. I am so excited about it and can't wait to do more. Not sure how long I am supposed to do shoots for free, I guess until I get better established. There is so much I want to do and so little time in the day! Especially sunlight time.
Ok well I have a child yelling at me and a husband who is hungry so I am going to cut this a little short. Have a great week everyone!
