whew... it has been a crazy few months. No excuse really, but between all the other things going on I just haven't had a coherent thought to blog about. :)
Let's see... not too much is going on that is anything new, but the boys are growing and growing. We are amazed every day by the things they are learning. Adrian was able to build his first snowman ever with Daddy about a month ago, and they have all enjoyed the snow (what little we have had) immensely. Adrian asks every day if it is going to snow. It has been a very mild winter here so far, I think we have had a total of about 7 inches of snow so far between Oct and now.
The boys all got snow boots for Christmas from my parents and they don't take them off... ever. They wear them to bed and everything. It's kind of funny to see Jamie walking around with snow boots and just a diaper on. He won't leave his clothes on. Ha ha ha.
We got a yearlong membership to the Strong Toy Museum in Rochester and boy it has been fun already. It's been a week since we got it and we have been 2 times with plans already for our next trip. So much for the boys to do, see and play with. They have little stations everywhere for doing little art projects, books you can read, interactive activities everywhere and lots of fun toys that Andy and I had as kids. The boys have a blast and Andy and I enjoy the fact that they boys wear themselves out quickly. LOL! Thanks Bahma and Papa for the membership!
Grandpa and Nana came up for Christmas and boy did the boys love it. They were in HEAVEN with both sets of grandparents and two of their aunties here. And their fur cousin Baxter. ;) Too many toys, too much food, and sooooo much fun! We loved every second of it.
So... how 'bout them Broncos? I confess I am the sports enthusiast in our home, but Andy enjoyed watching me get excited about the big plays and also sitting on the edge of my seat for the nail-biters. The boys even sat with me to watch for a little while in the 2nd quarter. Let's hope they can bring some of that Mile High Magic with them to NE.
As far as Andy and I go... we are busy with these boys. It is a never-ending job, and while it is fun, it is also extremely taxing. We love them so much, but will be glad when we can leave them with the grandparents for a weekend away. ;)
Until next time... :)
