Declan's Blessing 8/25

yes it is blurry... it's an iphone pic taken by the sister missionaries.  I totally left without my camera, sigh.

We were lucky enough to get a visit from Papa Auntie Lola, Baxter who were then joined by Bahma and Auntie Erin.  On Sunday August 25, Declan was blessed in church by Daddy who was joined in the circle by Papa, Brother Chadez, Brother Anderson, Brother Kitchens, Brother Ross and Brother Belcher.  He was a perfect baby and never made a peep.  The other boys enjoyed being there and climbing under the pews between Bahma and Papa and Mommy and Daddy.   Luckily we don't usually take up two pews so it isn't a regular occurance. Haha!

Papa and Lola arrived on Thursday and we went to Bill Grays for dinner.  Lola and I had to laugh because it was like senior citizen night in there even though they had something going on for the kids.  The older crowd was not very amused by the kids... and it was just funny to watch.

Friday morning Adrian got to go on a plant tour with Andy, and the rest of us joined them for the Safety Fair.  We got lots of free stuff and the kids had a blast in the bounce houses.  It was very warm out but everyone did great.

Adrian was so excited he got to keep his hard hat, safety glasses and ear plugs. <3 br="">

Saturday we were joined by Bahma and Erin and went to eat chinese food at the boys request as is their custom after haircuts (which they had just gotten).  Then we took them to the pool and enjoyed some fresh air.  It was a fun time.

Sunday was church and then saying goodbye to Lola, Bahma, Papa and Baxter. :(    Erin stayed one more night :)

Monday morning Erin headed out on her long trek to Utah to start a new adventure. It was sad, but we are super happy for her too. :)

Tuesday 8/27 was a meet and greet with Adrian's 2nd grade teacher Mrs. Metzger and we had a nice chat with her.  She is so nice and I think Adrian will do really well in her class. :)

Now we are going to enjoy our last weekend of summer vacation before school starts on Tuesday.  It will be so strange to have 3 of them out of the house at the same time. :)
