We don't know exactly how he did it, but Adrian has a pretty good looking shiner. He is so clumsy! It doesn't seem to bother him, but looks pretty nice. He doesn't walk anywhere anymore. He RUNS! So since his balance is still so off he is constantly running into walls, doorways, his toys, you name it and he will find it and trip on it. LOL!
The kid is into everything, but he is getting so smart. He loves giving kisses (open mouth with tongue hanging out) and waving buh-bye. Just 4 more months until he gets to go to nursery, and we are really excited. It will be good for him to be with the other kids (although we aren't sure it will be so good for them, he is a brute!)
As for the kidney stones... that would be my issue. I was having severe pain on Wed. morning and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I finally got in to see the doctor and when they checked my urine sample he said there was so much blood they couldn't count all the red blood cells. So I had a CT scan done and found out I was in the process of passing 2 but I had 3 that they saw. The biggest stone is still in my bladder so I have that to look forward too. Thank goodness for Vicodin and antibiotics! I am much better now and hope that the "last stone" is in fact the last one, and that it passes very quickly.
As far as Andy goes, he took his Chief's exam yesterday. We have to wait until March to find out if he passed, and then wait until August or September to find out if he made it. He is doing well at work and I think he likes it for the most part. He is going to volunteer to sit on a board for the Senior and Master Chief exams. Which means he will be a part of determining who qualifies for it and makes it or not. It will be good for him to know the process and learn what he needs to do for when he gets to that point, and it also looks really good on his evals and could possibly help him make Chief next year if he doesn't make it this year. It means he will be away for a month, but nothing like when he was going to sea. We will still be able to talk everyday and be in constant contact.
Ok I think this novel is over for now... my child is screaming like a girl at me. LOL! Hope you enjoyed the photos and catching up with our crazy little world here. We love and miss you all.
