6 years ago Andy and I said "I do" and started our new family. It has been a wild ride so far, but we have so much to be thankful for. So many blessings, beautiful kids, and adventures galore, what else could we possibly want?
This time of year is so much fun, I just love looking at the Christmas lights and listening to Christmas music. This year is especially fun, because Adrian is starting to really pick up on learning the songs. He loves "O Christmas Tree" and asks me to sing it all the time. And while we don't have our Christmas decorations up yet... the spirit of Christmas is still here in our home.
Last night I ran to the commissary to pick up baking supplies and this week brings a lot of holiday baking. There are a lot of single sailors on our boat, and many of them do not get to go home for the holidays. We are hosting a get together for Andy's division, but I want to contribute to the others who have no where to go. They are just cookies, but hopefully they make someone else's "spirit bright."
Brennan is 7 months old today, he has 4 teeth (his bottom two and then the outer two of the top four) He looks like a vampire. lol! He also army crawls everywhere and is very good at it. The twins are doing well, Jameson can take his diaper off like a pro, and yesterday I spent the day sanitizing the playroom after a finger painting session. YUCK! Duct tape anyone?!
