This week for my p|52 I am featuring Adrian. As I was thinking about last week and the fact that I only got photos of Brennan, I kind of liked the idea of having each boy featured for one week every few months. That way I have references to go back and look at at the end of the year. So for the next few weeks you will be getting only one of the boys featured, though I may throw some pics of the other boys out there too.
Things here are about the same... still waiting for news on what the Navy is going to do with us. But for now we are excited to still be in Guam and enjoying the time together as a family. Andy is currently building a submarine float for the Liberation Day Parade later this year. It keeps him busy and he is spending lots of time outside, which for a submariner is something very new. Ha ha!
The boys are growing and growing some more. Brennan is pulling himself up to stand on everything, and gets around like nobodys business. He is cruising around the furniture now too and is so brave about things too. He lets go of the coffee table to grab hold of the couch, I don't think the other boys did that this fast. We might just have another early walker on our hands, it wouldn't surprise me since Adrian walked at 10 months, Jameson at just before 10 months and Sweet Stevie took his time and didn't really start walking until a year.
The twins are so curious, and they love to be outside. The playground in our backyard is a really big blessing. It is gated so they can run, and there aren't too many kids there ever. They have no fear, both of them try to walk down the slide and have both taken tumbles before I could get to them, luckily they caught themselves pretty well, but I still had mini heart attacks every time. The ground is that rubberized foamy stuff and it is so bouncy and soft.
Adrian is loving his swimming lessons, he has learned how to flutter kick (which will eventually turn into swimming) how to float, (though he can't do it on his own yet) and how to go hold his breath and go underwater. He didn't like water in his face at all before, but now he is a fish and goes underwater and just loves it. I am so proud of him.
As for me... I am doing well. Andy watched the boys for me last night so I could go out with some of the BUFFALO ladies. We went to Molly McGees, Ross, and to see The Green Hornet in 3D. We had so much fun and even though I talked their ears off, they were so gracious about it. lol! Thanks Ladies!!!
I guess that is it for now... I will get my pics up soon!
